Traders Building, Chicago, IL
Originally designed as the Fort Dearborn Hotel in 1914, theTraders Building was converted into 150,000 SF modern office space in 1984. The building was redesigned to cater to the high technology requirements of Chicago's options and futures traders. A 15-story atrium sheds new light on a viable,
state-of-the-art structure listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Wood Island, Marin County, Ca
The Wood Island Office Complex consists of two sophisticated office buildings situated atop a 5.9 acre wooded hill overlooking San Francisco Bay in Marin County California. Built in 1978 and acquired by Broadacre out of bankruptcy proceedings in 1987, the buildings contain 75,000 SF of premiere office space.

North Pier, Chicago, IL
Built on a slip just off the Lake Michigan shore at the Chicago River, North Pier is a 450,000 SF mixed-use redevelopment of a turn-of-the-century merchandising warehouse into 170,000 SF of retail shops, restaurants, and museums and 280,000 SF of commercial office space. In the early 1900's, Great Lakes steamers would unload their cargo from the docks on the south side of the building. Huge freight elevators hauled goods up to be re-distributed to retailers, via the freight train tracks that once ran across the north front of the building.

Indian Trails Shopping Center, Palos Heights, IL
A 127,000 SF neighborhood shopping center anchored by a Dominick's Finer Foods grocery store. Broadacre acquired Indian Trails in 1992, and sold it in '02.
