Robert
Meers, President
Mr. Meers is President and founder of Broadacre
Management Company. A graduate of Princeton University with a B.A. in
architecture, he completed his architectural training before joining Urban
Development Company in Chicago. Mr. Meers earned his M.B.A. from the graduate
School of Business at the University of Chicago. Mr. Meers is a Trustee
of the Chicago Historical Society and currently serves on the Advisory
Board of the Children's Memorial Hospital. He is the past president of
the Princeton Club of Chicago and has served on the Princeton School of

Albert H. Meers, Principal
Mr. Meers is a graduate of Princeton University
with a B.A. in History and the University of Chicago with an M.B.A. He
was employed by First Chicago and Baxtor Travenol Laboratories before
joining LaSalle Partners in 1980 as Assistant to the Chairman. Mr. Meers
became Senior Vice President of LaSalle Partners and initiated and managed
several of the firm's businesses, including the Strategic Group for the
firm's corporate clients and Specialty Funds Investments for its tax-exempt
and institutional clients. Mr. Meers currently serves as Chairman of the
Board of Lawrence Hall, a residential program for troubled inner-city

Fidel Lopez, Vice President & Principal
Mr. Lopez is President of Broadacre Consulting
Company and Principal of Broadacre Management Company. He attended the
Danish Royal Academy of Fine Arts and graduated the University of Illinois
at Urbana with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He was a Loeb Fellow
at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design. Mr. Lopez also earned
an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago where he was a Rockerfeller Fellow
in Finance. Prior to joining Broadacre in 1986, he served as founder and
principal of the architectural and planning firm, Dearborn Associates
of Chicago and later served as Vice President and Director of the Area
Development Division at Continental Illinois National Bank (now Nations
Bank). Mr. Lopez is a registered architect and was project manager for
the construction of Broadacre's 61-story North Pier Apartment Tower and
Partner in Charge of the Ivy Court Townhouse Development. (Fidel@Broadacre.com)
Francis F. Freeman, Vice President & Principal
Mr. Freeman is Principal of Broadacre Management Company with responsibilities
for project finance, leasing, and asset management. Mr. Freeman joined
Broadacre in 1983 after receiving his B.A. from Princeton University.
Current and past assignments include oversight of the North Pier Athletic
Club, Broadacre Pacific Company, and Broadacre Interior Construction Company.
He served as project manager for the Traders Building redevelopment and

Susan Bendle, Treasurer/ Controller
Susan Bendle is Treasurer/Controller of Broadacre
Management Company. Ms. Bendle joined Broadacre in 1980 after receiving
her B.S. from Northern Illinois University. Ms. Bendle is responsible
for managing all accounting matters for Broadacre and its related entities.
She is also resposible for monthly financial reporting to investors.

Charles H. Blatt, Assistant Vice President and Director of
Marketing and Technology
Mr. Blatt, a graduate of Illinois State University
with a B.S. in Marketing, is Director of Marketing and Technology for
Broadacre Management Company. His responsibilities include leasing and
management of Indian Trails Shopping Center. Mr. Blatt is also responsible
for the creation and implementation of marketing and advertising for all
of the Broadacre developments. Included in Mr. Blatt's responsibility
is to keep Broadacre on the cutting edge of the technology curve. Mr.
Blatt joined Broadacre in 1997 after seven years as an owner/operator
